Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2922737A1] The piece has a lower part (12) presenting a shape elongated along longitudinal direction parallel to a body of a subject (36). The lower part supports left or right lower limb of the subject. A trunkal part (14) presents a shape elongated along a transversal direction in a dissymmetrical manner with respect to the lower part, and supports a homolateral side of a chest and a homolateral upper arm (38) of the subject. A distal edge (46) of the trunkal part forms a support for top of the chest of the subject, where the piece is provided without a part to support a head (44) of the subject. An independent claim is also included for a method for positioning a subject lying on a support surface with interposition of a bedding piece.
