Preparing cleaning tablets (1) using a base surfactant (2) with a surfactant content of at least 30 wt.% under the addition of sodium hydrogen carbonate (3) and citric acid (4), comprising grinding citric acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate in an appropriate amount to obtain a homogenous mixture (5); and mixing the homogeneous mixture and the base surfactant in the form of granules in an appropriate ratio to obtain a concentrate powder, which is then compressed into cleaning tablets.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein verfahren zur Herstellung von Reinigungstabletten (1) unter Verwendung eines Basistensids (2) mit einem Tensidanteil von mindestens 30 Gewichtsprozenten unter Zusatz von Natriumhydrogencarbonat (3) und zitronensäure (4). Erfindungsgemäß werden leicht in Wasser lösliche Reinigungstabletten (1) mit hohem Tensidanteil erzeugt, in dem Zitronensäure (4) und Natriumhydrogencarbonat (3) im Verhältnis ihrer Anteil in der Reinigungstablette (1) zu einem homogenen Gemisch (5) vermahlen werden und anschließend das homogene Gemisch (5) und das Basistensid (2) in Granulatform im entsprechenden Verhältnis zusammengeführt und zusammen zu einem verpressbaren Konzentratpulver (6) vermischt werden.
