Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2009074565A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a cement material for cementing. In said method, a precondensate of at least one hydrolyzable organosilane and/or precondensed oligomer compounds, such as straight-chain or cyclic low-molecular partial condensates (e.g. polyorganosiloxanes) which are partially condensed in a sol-gel process by being hydrolyzed with water, and nanoscale to microscale particles in the form of metal or semimetal compounds, e.g. SiO2, Al2O3, AlO(OH), Ta2O5, ZrO2, and TiO2, which have a maximum particle diameter of 1000 nm, preferably 200 nm, and especially 100 nm relative to the average volume (d50 value), are added to a cement material containing cement and water for cementing. The obtained cement material is suitable for fixing objects on and in substrates or geological formations and sealing or stabilizing substrates or geological formations.
