[origin: WO2009073935A3] Device (1) for fixing the toilet bowl (2) of a suspended toilet (3), characterised in that the device (1) is provided with a frame (4) for the fixation in or to a wall and a support (5) onto which the toilet bowl (2) can be fixed, and a mechanism (6) with a drive (27) which makes it possible to move the support (5) in relation to the frame (4) between a closed position corresponding to a suspension of the toilet bowl (2) which is ready for use whereby the support (5) is withdrawn towards the frame (4) and a maintenance position whereby the support (5) is withdrawn from the frame (4) over a certain distance so as to provide access to the inside of the toilet bowl (2), whereby the mechanism (6) is such that the support (5) initially turns and - subsequently or simultaneously moves away from the frame (4).
