[origin: EP2230023A1] The unit has a sealing body (7) arranged between pressure plates (4, 6). The pressure plates at a distance from each other in an installed condition, so that the unit is insertable into a retaining body. The pressure plates are arranged at another distance that is smaller than the former distance in a sealed condition for deforming the sealing body by a clamping device (12) such that a clamping seal is produced between the sealing body and water jet outlet elements (2) and/or an LED lamp (1) and between the sealing body and an inner wall of the retaining body.
