[origin: EP2230093A2] The mechanism has ring elements (14, 14') connected with two pivoting strips (2, 2'), respectively, where the mechanism is formed as a plastic-injection mold part. The pivoting strips are jointly connected with a carrier (1) and interconnected by a hinge (9) such that the pivoting strips are switched between the operating positions by bending one of the pivoting strips and/or the hinge. Rings (3, 3') are present in opening and closing positions in the two operating positions of the pivoting strips, respectively. The hinge is formed as a film hinge.
