[origin: EP2230169A2] The crane (1) has an arm (3) mounted at a crane housing (2) around a horizontal axis, and a bar whose end (11) is hinged at the arm and another end (12) is hinged at the housing. The bar includes bar parts (13, 14) jointly connected with one another by an intermediate joint (15). A fluid cylinder (4) shifts the joint on a side of a straight line around a pre-determined measure for luffing the arm and on another opposite side of the straight line around another pre-determined measure. A stop blocks the intermediate joint at an end of a movement path on the latter side of the line.
