The structure has a vertical support (31) designed as a cylindrical rod. The support is engaged at an outer casing of the turbine with an upper end, and is supported on a base with a lower end. The outer casing of the turbine is split into an upper section (11) and a lower section (12) in a horizontal separation plane, where the sections are screwed to each other on a horizontal flange (13), an upper flange (13a) and a lower flange (13b). The support is engaged at the flanges with the upper end, and is designed to be a part of a horizontal flange screw connection.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abstützung für eine Turbine, welche Turbine ein Aussengehäuse aufweist, das in einer horizontalen Trennebene in ein Oberteil (11) und ein Unterteil (12) unterteilt ist, wobei Oberteil (11) und Unterteil (12) an einem in der Trennebene liegenden Horizontalflansch (13; 13a, 13b) miteinander verschraubt sind, und wobei die Abstützung eine Mehrzahl von im wesentlichen vertikalen Stützen (31) umfasst, die mit einem oberen Ende am Aussengehäuse (18) angreifen und sich mit dem unteren Ende an einer Unterlage abstützen. Bei einer solchen Abstützung werden optimale Angriffspunkte am Aussengehäuse ohne Einschränkungen bei der Flanschverschraubung dadurch erreicht, dass eine oder mehrere der Stützen (31) mit dem oberen Ende am Horizontalflansch (13; 13a, 13b) angreifen und Teil der Horizontalflanschverschraubung sind.
