The wristband has band bodies (1, 2) made of elastomer and comprising base bodies (7, 9) and an application bodies (8, 10), which are connected with each other by pressing method or die casting method, which is utilized in a rubber industry. The base bodies and application bodies are made of same material. The base body and the application bodies are colored in different manner. An insert i.e. ornamental piece, is fixed in a recess of a section of the application bodies, where the recess is formed as a character or geometrical pattern. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a wristband.

Armband, insbesondere Schmuck- oder Uhrarmband, mit einem Bandkörper (1, 2) aus Elastomer, wobei der Bandkörper (1, 2) aus einem Grundkörper (7, 9) und zumindest einem Einsatzkörper (8, 10) besteht, die durch ein in der Gummiindustrie gebräuchliches Verbindungsverfahren, beispielsweise durch Umspritzgießen oder Pressen, miteinander verbunden sind.
