Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2233418A2] The device (1) has a housing (3) in which low-pressure chambers (7-10) are consecutively arranged in a running direction (2). The low-pressure chambers comprise suction devices (23) i.e. suction nozzles (20a-20d). One of the chambers is extended to a part in an outlet godet (12) between a deflection roller (4.1) and a circumferential band (17) in the running direction. The suction devices are inclined with a suction direction against the running direction. The suction direction is tangentially fixed towards a circumference of the deflection roller.
