Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2083069A1] The method comprises delivering cells together with pellet or particle (4) and a lyse buffer in a vessel (1) and then digesting through a magnetic stirrer with stirrer elements through bacteria or fungus. A stirrer rod (3) of the stirrer is arranged transversely relative to the base (5) of the vessel and is horizontally arranged. A mixing tool or stirrer element is rotated for stirring maximum 10 minutes with or without changing of the rotation direction. The buffer solution is sucked off with the cells present in the buffer solution in connection to the digestion over a line (7). The method comprises delivering cells together with pellet or particle (4) and a lyse buffer in a vessel (1) and then digesting through a magnetic stirrer with stirrer elements through bacteria or fungus. A stirrer rod (3) of the stirrer is arranged transversely relative to the base (5) of the vessel and is horizontally arranged. A mixing tool or stirrer element is rotated for stirring maximum 10 minutes with or without changing of the rotation direction. The buffer solution is sucked off with the cells present in the buffer solution during the digestion over a line (7) that ends at the base of the vessel. The stirrer element is driven related to the vessel in contact-free manner. The solution consists of additional enzymes for the cell. An independent claim is included for a device for the digestion of biological cells.
