Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2009081044A2] The invention relates to a rolling submerged-surface cleaning apparatus comprising at least one driven front rolling member (2) and a hydraulic circuit having at least one rearwardly-directed liquid outlet (10) designed to create a liquid current which escapes from each rear outlet in such a way as to create a hydraulic reaction force with a longitudinal component of a magnitude designed to be able to drive the apparatus forward with at least one driven front rolling member (2) in contact with a front obstacle (53) in a contact zone (54) situated in the horizontal plane of the shaft of this driven front rolling member (2) with a driving force such that this driven front rolling member (2) rolls over this front obstacle (53) without slipping and makes the front part of the apparatus move upwards with respect to this front obstacle (53).
