Abstract (en)

The module (M) has two main stage-elements (E1, E2) controlled by load pressure and connected in series in an outflow path (9), where the stage-elements are supplied with sealing pressure in a direction of a shut-off position. Pressure is derived from the load pressure by a throttle (16). The elements are commonly controlled in parallel by a magnetic servo valve (21) that is arranged in a sealing pressure-control line (20) that is shielded to a lifting hydraulic motor (Z), load pressure and a lifting section (1) by the throttle.

In einem Hubmodul (M), insbesondere für Gabelstapler, mit einer Hebensteuersektion (1) und einer Senkensteuersektion (2), an die wenigstens ein Hebehydromotor (Z) angeschlossen ist, wobei in der Senkensteuersektion (2) wenigstens ein Abströmweg (9) zu einem Reservoir (R) und im Abströmweg (9) wenigstens ein die Senkgeschwindigkeit steuerndes Hydraulikelement vorgesehen sind, sind im Abströmweg (9) zwei vom Lastdruck aufsteuerbare Hauptstufen-Elemente (E1, E2) in Reihe hintereinander geschaltet, deren jedes in Richtung zu einer Absperrstellung durch einen aus dem Lastdruck abgeleiteten Sperrdruck beaufschlagbar ist, und werden beide Elemente (E1, E2) parallel und gemeinsam durch ein in einer durch Drosseln (16) abgeschirmten Sperrdruck-Steuerleitung (20) angeordnetes Magnetvorsteuerventil (21) so gesteuert, dass sie gleiche Funktionen ausführen.
