Abstract (en)
The bed (1) has two abutment plates (7, 8) arranged opposite to each other, and abutment profiles (6) arranged between the abutment plates. Prestressed reinforcement cords accommodated in a cross section of prestressed reinforcement, where the cords are arranged in a table form. The profiles press the plates against each other by a clamping device (4) i.e. piston-hydraulic cylinder device. Reinforcement elements are made of strands or wires or rods, and hydraulic cylinders are fastened to an axis of a pressure pipe.

Spannbett (1) zur Herstellung von Beton-Fertigteilelementen (5) mit vorgespannter Bewehrung (10), in deren Querschnitt eine Anzahl von vorgespannten Bewehrungslitzen aufgenommen sind, das auf einem Schaltisch angeordnet ist, wobei das Spannbett (1) unabhängig von seiner Befestigung auf dem Schaltisch oder einer Umlaufpalette (2) eigenstabil und leicht transportabel ausgebildet ist.
