Abstract (en)
The installation has a control unit (70) accessing a database (71, 72) comprising recipients, where printed materials are sent to the recipients. Primary conveyor lines (10) process the materials. A grouping conveyor line (50) and a distribution conveyor line (30) are controlled by the control unit. The control unit enables transfer of the materials to the grouping conveyor line by transfer devices and by the distribution conveyor line such that the materials arriving on the grouping conveyor line are grouped in an order that enables grouping by address and/or by recipient.

Installation (1) de traitement d'imprimés, comprenant des chaînes primaires (10) adaptées pour traiter des imprimés (11) différents, des premiers dispositifs de transfert (15) pour transférer des imprimés (11) depuis chaque chaîne primaire (10) vers une chaîne de répartition (30), et un second dispositif de transfert (35) pour transférer des imprimés (11) depuis la chaîne de répartition (30) vers une chaîne de regroupement (50). La chaîne de regroupement comporte un dispositif d'identification (53) pour apposer une indication d'un point de destination sur les imprimés. On commande l'installation pour que les imprimés arrivent sur la chaîne de regroupement groupés par destinataire.
