[origin: EP2228505A1] The device has cable sections (21, 22) forming a cable loop (20), where the cable sections exhibit plastic deformable sleeves (26) in order to hold the cable sections in a bent position. The sleeves enclose a cable (20a) of the cable sections. Each sleeve exhibits a frame (27), which includes two wings (28a, 28b) for bending the cable sections of the cable loop around the cable. An insertion body exhibits an opening for the cable loop, where the insertion body is inserted into a recess of pre-cast concrete sections.
