[origin: WO2009062331A2] The invention relates to a segmented panel (1) for water vehicles, which segmented panel (1) can be correspondingly inclined as a stairlift, swimming platform or gangway by means of an active working cylinder (4) or passive working cylinder (44). The panel (2) is composed of segment strips (5) which have deformable elements (19) or which can be disengaged, and said deformable elements (19) are provided with sensors (13) such that, in the event of one of the segment strips (5) being bent or disengaged on account of a foreign element (15) becoming jammed between said segment strip (5) and another segment strip (5), the working cylinder (4) is stopped by means of electronics (14). Sensor strips (16) and sealing strips (17) and a covering (11) further increase the safety of the inclinable panel (2).
