Abstract (en)
The tool (1) has a tool body (2) comprising a front end, and a profiling element (4) for manufacturing an inner profile of a workpiece. The profiling element is designed as a casing and fastened to a fastening area that is provided in the front end of the body, where the profiling element is made from highly-stressable, temperature-resistant material e.g. hard metal. A locking element (8) is arranged on a front end area of the fastening area, where an axial extension of the fastening area is larger than breadth of the profiling element.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Umformwerkzeug zur Herstellung eines Innenprofils, insbesondere einer Innenverzahnung, eines Werkstücks, wobei das Umformwerkzeug (1) einen Werkzeugkörper (2) aufweist, an dessen vorderen Ende ein Profilierungselement (4) zur Herstellung des Innenprofils des Werkstücks vorgesehen ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der Werkzeugkörper (2) des Umformwerkzeugs (1) an seinem vorderen Ende einen Befestigungsbereich (3) aufweist, an dem ein Profilierungselement (4) befestigbar ist, und dass das Profilierungselement (4) aus einem hochbelastbaren, temperaturfesten Material gefertigt ist.
