Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2241713A2] The leaf (12) has a heat insulation device (112) containing a nanoporous insulation material (148), which comprises a nanoporous particle medium. The medium lies as a free-flowing particle in the device. The free-flowing particle is packed in a package (136) in a pressed manner. The package forms a vacuum insulation plate (118), and the heat insulation device contains a layer made of a foamed insulation material (39) i.e. polyurethane foam. A distance holding device (98) comprises sectional strips (22, 46, 58, 58a) with sectional areas (60, 62) made of fiber-reinforced plastic material (35). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a house door leaf.
