Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2242330A1] The method involves executing a heating cycle by a microwave oven, and proposing three control modes by a control unit of the oven, where the control modes are repetition of the cycle, prolongation of the cycle and stopping of the oven. An input signal corresponding to a selection of one of the control modes is acquired, and the selected control mode is executed. Parameters of the executed heating cycle are automatically stored. An independent claim is also included for a microwave oven comprising a control unit that is provided with a microprocessor.
