Abstract (en)
The oven (1) has a cooking chamber (2) comprising a dome-shaped wall (4) positioned above a lower wall (3) to define a cooking space. A technical zone (8) is located at the top of the dome-shaped wall. The technical zone has a sensor (9) that co-operates with a controller, and an air evacuation opening (10) that evacuates hot and humid air from the cooking chamber during implementation of a heating cycle by the oven. The zone has a lighting device (12) that diffuses light from top to bottom in the chamber.

Ladite enceinte de cuisson (2) comprend une paroi inférieure (3) et une paroi en forme de dôme (4), ladite paroi en forme de dôme (4) se positionnant au-dessus de ladite paroi inférieure (3) de sorte à définir un espace de cuisson.
