[origin: WO2009097706A2] The invention relates to a hull element (7), which is attached to the stern (1) or hull bottom (1b) by means of a hinge means (6, 6a) and enables active and passive trimming of the watercraft (1a), and at the same time also supports a watercraft lift (2) or watercraft steps (11) by means of the connection (8) or a connecting cylinder (18). The platform (3) or watercraft steps (11) can be activated by means of the acting cylinder (17b) and the connection (8) or connecting cylinder (18) on the hull element (7). If the watercraft lift (2) or the watercraft steps (11) are actuated by means of the acting cylinder (17a), the hull element (7) folds away such that the lift H of the watercraft lift (2) or the lift HT of the watercraft steps (11) is not impaired or limited.
