Abstract (en)

The fitness platform has a vibrating system (3) coupled with a vibrating plate (1) and provided with an unbalanced mass (4) and a base sided damping system. The vibrating plate is circularly and oscillatingly moved to a closed air ring (6) using the vibrating system. The air ring supports a jumping mat (5) as a rotation symmetric body. The jumping mat is overstretched at inner space. The vibrating plate is attached to the jumping mat. A MPEG-1 audio layer 3player or a compact disk player is attached to the fitness platform as a music source.

Schwingungs-Fitness-Plattform zur Übertragung und Erzeugung von mechanischen und rhythmischen Schwingungen auf den menschlichen Körper, der auf einer Schwingplatte (1) ruht, bestehend aus einem mit der Schwingplatte gekoppelten Schwingsystem (3) mit mindestens einer Unwuchtmasse (4) und einem bodenseitigen Dämpfungssystem, wobei sich die Schwingplatte (1) mittels des Schwingsystems (3) auf einem in sich geschlossenen Luftring (6) kreisförmig, pendelnd und schwingend bewegt und dass der Luftring (6) als rotationssymmetrischer Körper ein seinen Innenraum überspannendes Sprungtuch (5) trägt, an dem die Schwingplatte (1) befestigt ist.
