Abstract (en)
The manipulator has an adjustment drive including a main shaft (3) e.g. hollow shaft, for rotatably driving a retaining tool (1) i.e. tongs. The adjustment drive has a coupling arrangement with a coupling disk (4a) that is rotatably connected with the main shaft. A coupler (4b) of the coupling disk is enclosed around the coupling disk and supported on the main shaft in a freely oscillating manner. The adjustment drive is connected with a hydraulic drive for rotatably moving the main shaft around a longitudinal axis.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Manipulator für eine Schmiedemaschine, umfassend wenigstens ein Haltewerkzeug (1) sowie einen Verstellantrieb (2), wobei der Verstellantrieb (2) eine Hauptwelle (3) zum Drehantrieb des Haltewerkzeugs (1) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verstellantrieb (2) eine Kupplungsanordnung (4) aufweist, umfassend eine mit der Hauptwelle (3) des Haltewerkzeugs (1) drehfest verbundene Kupplungsscheibe (4a) sowie eine freischwingend auf der Hauptwelle (3) gelagerte und die Kupplungsscheibe (4a) umschlingende Kupplung (4b).
