[origin: GB2453186A] An item of luggage comprises a bag with opposed top and bottom ends 2, 3 with opposing front and back panels 4, 5 extending there between. Wheels 8 are provided on the bottom end, proximate to the back panel, and a rigid retractable towing handle 11 is located at the back of the bag close to one side 6, 7 thereof. The handle 11 is moveable between a retracted position in which it is retracted into the bag so as to lie proximate and substantially parallel to the one side thereof and an extended position in which it extends from the top end of the bag. Also disclosed is a trolley comprising a top surface upon which a bag may be mounted, the trolley having wheels at opposed ends and a handle extending from the bottom surface of the trolley.
