Abstract (en)
The device has a transport equipment (2) for transporting packages (1) filled with bulk materials or paste goods. A processing unit is provided with leveling shafts (5) arranged transverse to a transport direction (3). A set of leveling elements (4) for processing the packages is fixed on the leveling shafts. Another processing unit is provided with another set of leveling elements (7) for processing a longitudinal side of the packages. The transport equipment is formed by a conveyor belt. An independent claim is also included for a method for leveling packages filled with bulk materials or paste goods.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Egalisieren von mit Schüttgut oder pastösem Gut befüllten Verpackungen (1), die mittels einer Transporteinrichtung (2) transportiert werden. Es ist eine erste Bearbeitungseinheit mit zumindest einer drehbar gelagerten, quer zur Transportrichtung (3) angeordneten Egalisierungswelle (5), an der Egalisierungselemente (4) zur Bearbeitung der Verpackung (1) angebracht sind, vorgesehen. Bei einem Verfahren werden die Egalisierungselemente (4; 7; 17) mit einer Geschwindigkeit angetrieben, die im wesentlichen der Transportgeschwindigkeit entspricht.
