[origin: EP2246273A1] The package has a package insert (3) for fixing elongated objects (30, 31) i.e. vial, in a position. The package insert includes a web (6), which is arranged on a bottom wall section (40). Recesses are formed in the web for partially receiving the objects. The bottom wall section is provided with predetermined tear lines (15) for predefining tear-off package units (14, 14 power i-14 power iv), in such a manner that one of the package units with one of the objects or a group of objects is separable from the package insert.
