[origin: EP2246286A1] The device (10) has a rotating unit (11) comprising a stator (12) and a rotor (13), and a rotating drive provided between the stator and the rotor. A rotary feed-through comprises a part (15) rotating with the rotor, and another part (16) connected with the stator. A seal (17) is arranged in the latter part for sealing a channel connection (18) between the parts. The latter part comprises a seal (17) and formed as a separate ring part (20) that is axially attached to the stator for replacement of the seal. The separate ring part is made of spherulite material.
