Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2246497A1] The foundation has a stringer (40) resting on a pad or strip footing and comprising ends with rails (402) allowing fixation of a metallic console (50). The console assures alignment and integration of the ends and support of posts (10) of a metal frame. A concrete slab (30) of a ground floor is supported on the stringer. An insulating device is arranged along the stringer and under the entire support surface of the slab, before forming the slab. The device is formed of a sealing film (70) and a vertical thickness (61) of an insulating material (60). The stringer and the slab are formed of prefabricated elements.
