[origin: EP2246752A1] The mechanism (1) has a turning cage formed of lower cage platform (11) and upper cage platform (10) mounted in a pivoting manner in lower and upper cage bearings (22, 23) lodged in a lower plate (24) and a fixed wheel (29). A regulating element in the form of a balance (2) and spiral hairspring (4) oscillates around a balance staff (3) according to pulses from an escapement mobile integrated with the cage. The staff is mounted in a pivoting manner in lower and upper balance bearings (27, 26) i.e. Incabloc(RTM: shock absorber) type shock-absorbing bearings, lodged outside the cage.
