[origin: EP2246932A2] The device (D) has an electrical conductor (C) adapted to be connected to an electric network. A solenoid antenna (A) is arranged near the electrical conductor, and is connected to a radiofrequency circuit (CR). The antenna is twisted around the electrical conductor. An end (A1) of the antenna is adapted to be connected to the radiofrequency circuit, while another end (A2) of the antenna is free. The electrical conductor is mounted in series on an electrical conductor (CE1) of the electric network.
