[origin: WO2009110823A1] The present invention relates to a pre-tensioner arrangement (1) for use in a motor vehicle safety device, comprising a piston member (3) dispiaceable in a chamber (2) upon a gas pressure applied to said chamber (2) through an inlet (9) and connectabie to a part of a motor vehicle safety device. The pre-tensioner arrangement (1) has a first mode of operation and a second mode of operation. The present invention aims at providing an improved pre-tensioner arrangement.
