[origin: WO2009098066A2] The invention relates to a method for the microbiological processing of water, particularly for processing waste water from semi-conductor production, wherein the water to be processed is treated in a bioreactor using microorganisms, of which at least 70% can decompose 2-propanol and/or acetone. The invention further relates to such a bioreactor, a water processing plant having such a bioreactor, and suitable microorganisms and to the use thereof in such a method.
