Abstract (en)
There is described an enhanced backrest (20; 20a; 20b), particularly for a sofa-bed, comprising a movable upper terminal portion (22) and moving means (30; 30a; 30b) for said movable upper terminal portion (22) with respect to the backrest (20; 20a; 20b), able to bring it from a first position, in which it is substantially aligned with the backrest (20; 20a; 20b), to a second position, in which it is substantially tilted backwards with respect to the backrest, and vice versa. There is further described a sofa-bed (10) provided with such a backrest (20; 20a; 20b),
