Abstract (en)

The method involves transferring a sliced food into a slicing plane by an automatically driven storage device (4) and into a storage position by a fettler (41). A parameter of a food to be sliced is provided, and a drive profile for the fettler of the storage device is determined based on the parameter. Path characteristics and/or force characteristics and/or speed characteristics of the fettler are variably controlled based on the drive profile. The drive profile is calculated under the consideration of the parameter according to a predetermined algorithm. An independent claim is also included for a slicing machine for a food, comprising a cutting blade.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schneidemaschine zum Schneiden von Lebensmittelscheiben mit einem Transportkettenrahmen und einem Abschläger zum automatisierten Ablegen der abgetrennten Lebensmittelscheiben, sowie ein Steuerungsverfahren für eine solche Schneidemaschine mit dem Ziel, ein verbessertes Ablageergebnis unabhängig von dem verwendeten Schneidgut zu erreichen. Anhand wenigstens eines Parameters des zu schneidenden Lebensmittels wird von einer Steuerungsvorrichtung ein passendes Antriebsprofil bestimmt und anhand dieses Antriebsprofils ein Abschläger zum Ablegen der abgetrennten Scheiben variabel gesteuert.
