[origin: EP2248933A2] The method involves forming a cloth by a warp thread (20) and main and towing weft threads (21, 22) that are inserted using a weft needle (11). The main weft thread is guided through the weft needle for forming a bridge section (23) that guides the towing weft thread. The bridge section is formed between upper and lower weft needles (12, 13). The towing weft thread is provided with pre-definable length that is equal to or smaller than the width of a narrow fabric (1). The main weft thread is inserted in a main weft section (24) whose length is equal to the width of the fabric. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a narrow fabric comprising a cloth (2) a device for weaving machine for producing a narrow fabric, comprising a weft needle.
