[origin: WO2009106630A1] The invention relates to a method for making a vane (4), having a width l and including corrugations (20) for a heat exchanger, that comprises at least the step of splitting a metal sheet (2) into at least two strips (4) having a width l, and the step of folding the strips (4) having a width l in order to form the corrugations (20). The metal sheet splitting and folding steps are carried out simultaneously. The invention also relates to a device for implementing said method, and to a vane and a heat exchanger obtained by said method. The invention can particularly be used in the automotive industry.
