Abstract (en)

The method involves gluing boards (B) with each other to wooden boards. The boards are fixed one after another such that the boards produce longer board layers. The shorter boards are joined to the longer board layers such that the short boards provided at ends are long within the board layers for non-interruption of the short boards during machining of the wooden boards. Narrow longitudinal sides of the board layers are glued and pressed to each other and lie at blocks. The boards are attached to front sides of the board players within the board layers.

Zur Herstellung von Holzplatten werden Lamellen an ihren Schmalseiten beleimt und in einer Verleimpresse zu einem Lamellenteppich verpresst. Um Holzplatten in kostengünstiger und einfacher Weise zuverlässig herstellen zu können, werden die Lamellen (B) so hintereinander gesetzt, dass sich längere Lamellenlagen (29) ergeben. Die Lamellen (B) werden dabei intelligent so zusammengefügt, dass die endseitigen Lamellen (B) innerhalb der Lamellenlage (29) so lang sind, dass sie bei der weiteren Bearbeitung der Holzplatte nicht stören. Die Lamellenlagen (29) werden dann zur Holzplatte (28) zusammengefügt. Mit dem Verfahren werden Holzplatten (28), insbesondere auch Mittellagen, hergestellt.
