The paraffin coating device (5) has a housing, a drive shaft rotatably supported in the housing and a spring element for axial impingement of the paraffin body. The drive shaft is formed in a telescopic manner and has a shaft piece with an end-sided coupling device and another shaft piece with an end-sided coupling element. The coupling device and the coupling element are designed such that the drive shafts adjoining paraffin coating devices are joined together to a continuous and easily separable drive train (53). The drive shaft is made of plastic.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Paraffiniereinrichtung für eine Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine, mit einem Gehäuse, einer im Gehäuse drehbar gelagerten Antriebswelle, an die eine rotierbar gelagerte, antreibbare Aufnahmewelle zur drehfesten, jedoch axial verschiebbaren Lagerung eines Paraffinkörpers angeschlossen ist, einem Federelement zur axialen Beaufschlagung des Paraffinkörpers sowie einer Anschlagklappe mit Wegbegrenzungsmitteln zur Positionierung des Paraffinkörpers. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Antriebswelle (28) teleskopierbar ausgebildet ist und über ein erstes Wellenstück (35) mit einer endseitig angeordneten Kupplungseinrichtung (37) sowie ein zweites Wellenstück (36) mit einem endseitig angeordneten Kupplungselement (38) verfügt, wobei die Kupplungseinrichtung (37) und das Kupplungselement (38) so ausgebildet sind, dass die Antriebswellen (28) benachbarter Paraffiniereinrichtungen (5) zu einem durchgehenden, bei Bedarf jedoch leicht trennbaren Antriebsstrang (53) zusammenfügbar sind.
