[origin: EP2251501A1] The element (10) has a support plate on which a coating layer is applied. Simultaneous and/or subsequent structures of the coating layer are provided on a structured surface of a structure tool. The structured surface is provided with a random structure (3), which is provided with an average height of 1 mm. The support plate is selected from a group consisting of a chipboard, a medium-density fiber board, a high-density fiber board, an oversize chip board, a plywood, a plate made of plastic or wood/plastic mixture, a cement fiber board and/or a gypsum fiber board. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a floor lining element.
