The lamp (1) has a lamp cylinder (20) clamped between a cover plate (30) and a stand pipe (10). The cover plate and the stand pipe are provided over a traction-absorbing unit, and a light source (100) e.g. bright LED or bright high speed LED, is arranged within the lamp cylinder. The traction-absorbing unit is formed as a tension and reflector rod (200), where light is emitted and reflected at a cover plate-lateral end of the tension and reflector rod. A light cone of the light source is aligned along the tension and reflector rod in a focused manner.

Es wird eine Aussenleuchte (1) insbesondere für öffentliche Bereiche vorgestellt, welche einen Leuchtenzylinder (20) der zwischen einem Abschlussdeckel (30) und einem Standrohr (10) einspannbar ist, umfasst. Der Abschlussdeckel (30) und das Standrohr (10) sind über mindestens ein zugaufnehmendes Mittel in Form eines Zug- und Reflektorstabs (200) verbindbar, wobei der Zug- und Reflektorstab (200) innerhalb des Leuchtzylinders (20) verlaufend mit einer Reflektorplatte (300) verbunden ist. Im Bereich des Abschlussdeckels (30) ist eine Lichtquellenträgerplatte (21) an dem Zug- und Reflektorstab (200) befestigt und mit mindestens einer Lichtquelle (100) versehen. Die mindestens eine Lichtquelle (100) strahlt Licht mit einem engen Öffnungswinkel in Richtung der Reflektorplatte (300) und des Standzylinders (10) ab.
