Abstract (en)
The assembly has a modulation unit (3) that is in the form of a chamber (14) equipped with a piston (15) to define an upstream chamber (22) and a downstream chamber (23). The upstream chamber is in communication with a tube (2) of an arm by a downstream circuit (13) assuring sampling of a part of combustion gas. The downstream chamber is filled with fluid e.g. oil, and in communication with a firing brake (1) using an upstream circuit (12). The firing brake has a free piston (8) defining a chamber (9) in communication with the upstream circuit.

L'invention concerne un ensemble de frein de tir pour armes du type comportant un frein de tir 1 proprement dit et un moyen de modulation 3 du fonctionnement dudit frein de tir. Le moyen de modulation 3 se présente sous la forme d'une chambre 14 munie d'un piston 15 délimitant une chambre amont 22 et une chambre aval 23, la chambre amont 22 étant en communication avec le tube 2 de l'arme par l'intermédiaire d'un circuit amont 13 assurant un prélèvement d'une partie des gaz de combustion et la chambre aval 23 étant remplie d'un fluide et en communication avec le frein de tir 1 à l'aide d'un circuit aval 12. Le frein proprement dit 1 comprend un piston flottant 8 délimitant une chambre 9 en communication avec le circuit aval 12 et le circuit amont 13 comprend une vanne de réglage 17 de la pression. Application aux armes à recul.
