[origin: WO2009106290A1] Comforter with a mouth shield, and with a hollow teat part which is fixed tightly in an opening of the mouth shield with the aid of an insert piece and which has a mouth portion, a shaft portion, and a circumferential flange arranged on the end of the shaft portion directed away from the mouth portion, wherein the teat part has a safety strip which is made of a relatively hard material and which is connected to the mouth portion, extends into the area of the flange and has a widened part in that area.
