[origin: WO2009122098A2] The present invention relates to a floating support (10) for petroleum production, comprising a detachable docking system (1, 2, 3) with anchoring lines (13) at the bottom of the sea and bottom-surface linking ducts (14) comprising: a docking buoy (1) for said lines and bottom-surface linking ducts, with said buoy preferably an annular buoy, and characterized in that said reel (2) includes: a sealed external tubular structure (2b) comprising a bottom (2c) sealingly assembled at the lower end of said sealed external tubular structure (2b), with said external tubular structure (2b) containing an internal structure (2a) secured to the shell at its upper end (2a1), where said internal and external tubular structures engage with at least one lower roller or friction bearing, permitting rotation of said internal structure, since said external structure is not rotatably driven when said floating support is rotatably driven about said vertical axis of the cavity and of said sealed external tubular structure ZZ', and said lower roller or friction bearing (51, 52) located below the surface of the water but inside said external sealed structure.
