[origin: WO2009115150A1] The invention relates to a fuel injector having a magnetic assembly (10), a magnetic core (20), and a magnetic coil (22), wherein the magnetic assembly (10) is accommodated in a magnetic sleeve (12). The magnetic sleeve (12) comprises feedthroughs (30) for electric contacting pins (28) of the magnetic coil (22). Elastic sealing elements (64) are inserted into the feedthroughs (30) of the magnetic sleeve (12) such that a pretensioning force (70) acting in radial direction is applied to the contacting pins (28) of the magnetic coil (22) in the mounted state.
