[origin: EP2253237A1] The shoe has a sole (1) connected with a shaft and made of antistatic material i.e. polyurethane. An absorber is embedded in an outsole in a heel region and is made of latex. The absorber with an upper surface is aligned to an upper surface of the outsole. An insole (3) is provided with an opening (5) in the heel region, where an absorbing element (6) is accommodated in the opening. The absorbing element is arranged above the absorber. An absorbing element (7) is formed in an opening (7a) of the insole in a region of a ball of a foot.
