Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2253470A1] The method involves bringing printing rollers (3, 5) independently of each other into a printing position in which the rollers are engaged with a surface to be printed, of a support element (1) e.g. coated paper and derived timber plate, in a time point. The printing rollers are brought to a rest position in which the printing rollers are not engaged in with the surface to be printed, in another time point. The time points are selected randomly, and different pattern are printed on the surface by the printing rollers. An independent claim is also included for a device for printing a pattern on a surface of a support element.
