Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2253566A1] The method involves separating a lowest print product (3) along an edge region (6) formed by a sheet edge or a fold from a stack of print products (2). The lowest print product is withdrawn in a withdrawing direction (F) from an underside of the stack, where the stack is supported with displaceable rear holders (9, 19). The lowest print product is gripped in the withdrawing direction along a front end of the edge region. The lowest print product is guided in the withdrawing direction along the holders from the stack. The lowest print product is supplied to a processing section. An independent claim is also included for a device for supplying a processing section with print products.
