Abstract (en)

The device has a hydraulic pump (3), and a drive motor (1) i.e. asynchronous alternating current motor, for driving the hydraulic pump, where the hydraulic pump and the drive motor are connected together by a friction clutch (2) such as multiple disk clutch and magnetic clutch i.e. hysteresis clutch. A housing (16) of the friction clutch is directly fastened with a housing (17) of the hydraulic pump. The friction clutch and the hydraulic pump are designed in such a manner that required torque for driving the pump is larger than maximum transferred torque of the friction clutch.
