Abstract (en)
The system (100) has a radiofrequency label reader (110) positioned inside of a passenger compartment of a vehicle (1). Radiofrequency labels (121, 123, 124, 125) are positioned at level of seats (21-25) of the vehicle such that the label reader reads the labels when the seat is not occupied by a person and the label reader does not read the labels when the seat is occupied by the person. Each radiofrequency label is provided with a unique identifier, which is read by the label reader. An independent claim is also included for a method for detection of a person inside a passenger compartment of a vehicle.

La présente invention concerne un système de détection (100) de personnes à l'intérieur d'un habitacle d'un véhicule (1), un kit de détection, et un procédé de détection. L'invention est remarquable en ce que le système comporte, d'une part, un lecteur d'étiquettes radiofréquences (110, 210) positionné à l'intérieur dudit habitacle et, d'autre part, au moins une étiquette radiofréquence (121, 122, 123, 124, 125) positionnée au niveau d'un siège (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) dudit véhicule (1) de manière que ledit lecteur soit apte à lire ladite étiquette lorsque ledit siège n'est pas occupé par une personne, et que ledit lecteur ne soit pas apte à lire ladite étiquette, lorsque ledit siège est occupé par une personne. L'invention s'applique, en particulier, aux véhicules automobiles.
